Sandy Community Action Center Annual Tickle Trot 5K
The Tickle Trot is a community 5K held on 11/26/2026 in Sandy, Oregon at 16633 Champion Way. The event benefits the Sandy Community Action Center and is held on Thanksgiving morning each year.
The event offers both an in-person and a virtual 5K option. It is untimed and open to all ages. Participants may bring dogs provided they clean up after them. Costumes and festive attire are encouraged.
Registration for the event is free and donations are welcome and encouraged. A finishers medal is available as a $25 donation add-on; there are 100 medals available and medals will be distributed on the day of the event while supplies last.
Proceeds support local food assistance efforts. Last year the event funded Thanksgiving Boxes that served 707 people in the community and provided 8,600 pounds of food. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
