Thruxton Mass Attack Duathlon

The Thruxton Mass Attack Duathlon takes place on 4 October 2026 at Thruxton Race Circuit, Andover, Hampshire. The event is organised by Challenging Events Ltd and will act as a GB 2027 World Duathlon Age Group qualifier for both sprint and standard distances. The course uses the motor circuit surface, described as a wide, smooth tarmac circuit. Event features include music, commentary, a live social media feed, spectator viewing and an on-site cafe.

Race formats and distances

  • Standard - Run 11.4 km, Bike 38 km, Run 3.8 km
  • Sprint - Run 3.8 km, Bike 19 km, Run 3.8 km

The standard distance is a non-drafting race and allows time-trial (TT) bikes. The sprint distance is draft-legal and does not permit TT bikes. Both distances are age-group qualifier races; athletes who wish to qualify for the GB age-group team must register their intent with British Triathlon before 5pm on the Friday before the race (02.10.2026).

Entry prices listed in the event information are £65 for the sprint and £75 for the standard distance. The sprint entry is open to athletes aged 15 or older on 31/12/2026; the standard entry is open to athletes aged 17 or older on 31/12/2026. Free parking is available within the motor circuit.
