Inclusive Event at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo
The Hattie Larlham ThriveK - Cleveland is a community event focused on accessibility and inclusion. Hosted at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, the event welcomes runners, walkers, and individuals using strollers or wheelchairs. All proceeds from the event support Hattie Larlham programs, services, and facilities.
Participants can choose from two main course options:
- 5K: A chip-timed run and roll event.
- 1-Mile Walk & Roll: An untimed course for participants of all abilities.
Registered participants receive full-day admission to the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. The event includes on-course hydration stations and motivation. Entries include a participant bag and a shirt for those who register by the specified deadline in June. Following the physical events, an afterparty is held at the Zoo's Palava Pavilion featuring music and refreshments.
The event offers several registration categories, including individual pre-registration, day-of registration, and a family package that covers two adults and up to two children.
