About the race
Rockin' Against Multiple Sclerosis (RAMS) organizes a charity 5K run/walk on February 13, 2027, in Columbia, Missouri. RAMS is based at the University of Missouri-Columbia and directs support to 60 counties in Missouri. One hundred percent of proceeds go to the MS Institute in Columbia to provide supplies and equipment for people with Multiple Sclerosis and their families.

- Open 5K Run/Walk: 3.1 miles
- RAMS Mizzou Students/Orgs 5K Run/Walk: 3.1 miles
Registration opens September 20, 2026, and closes February 12, 2027. The listed registration fee is $30.00. Shirts are only guaranteed for participants who register by February 10, 2027. Organizers note that Missouri weather can vary widely; conditions on race day may include cold, rain, snow, or unusually warm temperatures.
