23rd Annual This Run's For Jack
The event takes place on October 18, 2026 in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. It brings together an in-person 5K run/walk and several virtual activity options to support melanoma awareness and related community services under the banner "Fighting Melanoma Every Step of the Way."

- Virtual 9 hole golf outing
The in-person 5K includes a complimentary skin screening with a dermatologist and a hospitality tent for people affected by the disease. The course is paved and accessible for people with disabilities. Food and drinks will be available to participants at the finish area. Strollers are allowed but must line up behind runners. Pets, bikes, and roller-blades are not allowed in the race.
All participants receive an SPF50 long sleeve shirt. Virtual entries receive shirts and medals, if applicable, which are mailed after October 19. Participants who sign up for and complete three events receive a Tri-Athlete medal and shirt. Registration fees include a specified fee for the in-person 5K and separate fees for virtual events.
