Thin Mint Sprint 2026 : Fox River Grove
The Thin Mint Sprint is the 22nd annual community running event organized by the Fox River Grove Memorial Library Running Club at Lions Park in Fox River Grove, Illinois. The in-person 5K is described as a timed fun run/walk along the Fox River. Virtual options are available for both distances.

Registration is offered in multiple periods with tiered fees: $40 early-bird (March 31 to July 31, 2026), $45 regular (August 1 to September 11, 2026), and $50 race day. Race packets will be distributed during race day check-in on September 12; virtual participants will be contacted about packet mailing.
Registered participants receive a T-shirt, a high-tech chipped timing bib, a medal, a patch, a box of official Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookies, and additional race swag. The event supports GSNI financial assistance programs to help cover membership fees, uniforms, books, and opportunities such as international travel for girls in the Girl Scout program.
