The Whiskey Run
The event is scheduled for July 5, 2026, at Confederation Beach Park, 680 Van Wagner’s Beach Road, Hamilton, ON. Distances offered include:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half marathon (two laps of the 10K course plus 1 km)
Start and finish are at the park pavilion. An After Party at Adventure Village follows the race with sampling and pairings. Whiskey sampling is available at the finish; some sampling details are still to be announced.
Aid stations are located at approximately 1.5 miles, 3 miles and 4.5 miles and will supply water and Gatorade. Fruit is available at the finish line. Bathroom facilities are provided at the start/finish area and along the route. Parking is available near the start/finish line; carpooling and public transportation are suggested.
Online registration is open and race day registration may be available if slots remain. Packet pickup and bib/shirt collection can be done in advance or on race day. Optional early packet pick up is offered on July 3 and July 4 at BackRoads Brews + Shoes in Kitchener. Race day packet pick up is near the start/finish.
Results are posted with instant results at the finish line and awards are presented without a formal awards ceremony. Merchandise is available for purchase on site with listed prices. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
