The Water Run

The Water Run 2025 takes place in Medicine Hat, Alberta, at The Veiner Centre (225 Woodman Ave SE) on October 11, 2025. It supports clean water for the Turkana people of Kenya, in partnership with Nehemiah Construction Ministries. The event offers multiple distances: Youth 3k, 5k, 10k and Adult 3k, 5k, 10k, plus a virtual option.

Runners can participate as individuals or form teams. In-person participants are timed with RacePro; virtual runners use the RunKeeper app. Registration includes a shirt, a medal, and a swag bag, with prizes for top pledge earners.
