Event details
The Rattler Run is the 46th annual race scheduled for Saturday, April 25, 2026, on the Medicine Hat College main campus. The event welcomes participants who run, walk, or push (including wheelchairs and strollers). Entries are limited to the first 1,000 entrants. Chip timing is provided and live online results are available immediately after finish. Medals are awarded to the top three in each age category for all three distances. Each finisher receives a downloadable certificate; additional race mementos and post-race refreshments are provided. Cash prizes are awarded to the top three overall men and top three overall women in both the 5 km and 10 km races, with overall places determined by gun time, not chip time.
