The Viridian Daventry Triathlon - Daventry, Northamptonshire
The event is a pool based sprint triathlon held at Daventry Leisure Centre with a cycle route through local Northamptonshire countryside and a run around Daventry Country Park. Races are offered as an individual sprint distance or as a sprint relay for two or three team members.
Race format and distances include:
- 400 m pool swim
- 20 km cycle
- 5 km run
There will be road closures for the finish area. All finishers receive a t shirt and a medal. The event notes improved age category prizes for 2025. The Viridian Gold Team invitational competition ranks clubs by adding together the fastest finishing times of three eligible club entries; individual finishing times are also included in the main race results.
Entry categories and fees listed for 2026 are:
- Sprint Distance individual entry priced at £45.00 plus a fee.
- Sprint Distance relay entry priced at £60.00 plus a fee.
