About the race
RALLY x City Park Runners present The Turkey Trot, a community fun run at Cargo Bar in Assiniboine Park, Winnipeg, Manitoba. The event is organized as an untimed 5K through the park and is described as a social, non-competitive run where no chip timing, podiums or pace requirements apply.
Registration includes a commemorative race bib, a finisher medal, an event-branded toque, a turkey sandwich from the Manitoba Turkey Association, one post-run drink from Cargo Bar (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), and access to a post-run s'mores station. After returning to Cargo Bar, participants can join an outdoor DJ after-party, patio time, games and prize draws. Event leaders and sweepers will be on the course to support participants.
