The Treggy 7

The Treggy 7 is a 7-mile circular road race held in Launceston, Cornwall, starting from Launceston Town Square and finishing spectacularly in the grounds of Launceston Castle. The course features a downhill first mile out of town, followed by undulating rural roads, a half-mile climb to Tregadillett village where the first water station is located at 3.5 miles. After leaving the village at 4 miles, runners enjoy mainly downhill terrain for the last 3 miles, with a second water station around 5.5 miles.
