About the race
The Treggy 7 is a seven-mile circular race organized by Launceston Road Runners in Launceston, Cornwall. The route starts in Launceston Town Square and proceeds along rural roads before finishing in the Castle Grounds. The course features an initial downhill out of town, a mid-course climb to a village with the first water station around 3.5 miles, and a mainly downhill last section with a second water station at about 5.5 miles.
Cakes, hot drinks and toilets are available in the Town Hall and Castle Grounds, with post-race awards in the Town Hall. Entry fees apply. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
