The Treggy 7

The Treggy 7 is a 7-mile circular road race held in Launceston, Cornwall, starting from Launceston Town Square and finishing spectacularly within the grounds of Launceston Castle. The course features a downhill first mile leading out of town onto rolling rural roads, with water stations at approximately 3.5 miles near Tregadillett Primary School and at 5.5 miles. After a half-mile climb to the village of Tregadillett, the final three miles are mainly downhill.
