The Treggy 7

The Treggy 7 is a 7-mile circular race taking place on Sunday, 1st September 2024, starting at Launceston Town Square at 10 am. The route includes a mix of downhill sections, undulating rural roads, a climb to the village of Tregadillett, and finishes in the grounds of Launceston Castle. There are two water stations along the route, one at the village of Tregadillett and the other at approximately 5.5 miles.
