Running Events Devon - Medal Mix Too Challenge 2026
Running Events Devon stages the Medal Mix Too Challenge on Saturday, 12 December 2026. The event is an eight hour timed event on an undulating out and back route that is partly off road and partly paved.
The organiser operates a TUGG system called Turn Up Get Going. Participants may arrive at any point during the event's open period but must complete their laps before the published cut off time. Each lap is 5.3 km along a scenic section of an old disused train line. Walkers and runners may record any number of laps within the permitted time; examples given include completing 1 lap, 4 laps or 14 laps. Finishers receive a medal, and the organiser will award medals from past events while stocks last. If the event reaches capacity, later entrants will receive a bespoke medal chosen from those available on the day.
The entry limit is 70 participants, minimum age is 18 years and entries close on 25/10/2026. Entry fees are listed as Affiliated £32.00 and Unattached £34.00. The route is located at Station Road, Bridestowe, EX20 4HF. The organiser notes local accommodation at the Fox & Hounds, which offers rooms, a bunkhouse and camping and serves food. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
