The Tideswell Terminator
The event is a countryside trail race in and around the village of Tideswell on Saturday 10th October. The course is listed at 8.9 km with 267 m of climb and finishes at Bishop Pursglove Primary School in Tideswell, SK17 8NE.
The route begins in Tideswell and heads across fields toward Litton, dropping into the valley around Peters Stone. Runners then face a steep climb to the trig point at the summit of Hay Cop in Wardlow, followed by a descent toward Cressbrook and another climb back into Litton. The final stretch returns to Tideswell and completes at the school.
Entries close on Wednesday 7th October. Entry fees are shown as £12 for FRA members and £15 for non FRA members. Registration takes place at Bishop Pursglove Primary School. Final confirmed details will be emailed to entrants in the lead up to the event.
