The Tideswell Terminator
The Tideswell Terminator is a community trail race held in Tideswell on Saturday 10 October. The course measures 8.9 km and includes a total ascent of 267 m. The route starts in the village of Tideswell, runs across fields toward Litton, drops into the valley around Peters Stone, and climbs to the trig point at the summit of Hay Cop in Wardlow. Runners then descend toward Cressbrook, climb back into Litton, and return to finish at Bishop Pursglove Primary School in Tideswell.
Registration takes place at Bishop Pursglove Primary School, SK17 8NE. Entry fees are shown as £12 for FRA members and £15 for non FRA members. Entries close at 23:59 on Wednesday 7 October. Organisers state that final confirmed details will be emailed in the lead up to the event.
