The Thornthwaite Round

The Thornthwaite Round is a running event organized by the Keswick Athletic Club, taking place on September 20, 2025. This challenging race covers a distance of 15.6 km with an elevation gain of 870 meters, traversing forest tracks and open fell. Participants will navigate through scenic checkpoints including Lord’s Seat, Broom Fell, and Whinlatter.
