Event
The Scorpion Run is scheduled for 10th May 2026 at Symonds Yat Rock Cafe, Coleford GL16 7NZ. The event is a 10k trail run on an undulating route that runs through the Forest of Dean and the Wye Valley. The course offers views of the River Wye as it winds through the valley. The final 1 km of the route includes a large climb to the finish.
Course and facilities
The route is off road with long sections on gravel firetracks, making light trail shoes suitable. Coffee and hot food are available at the start and finish area at the log cabin. Parking is Forestry pay and display, payable by card or app. Canicross rules and guidelines are provided for participants who require them.
