About the race
THE RUN SLOVAKIA 2027 is a national relay running event running across Slovakia from Bratislava to Košice over three days. The race is organised as a series of 48 stages that together cover more than 530 km. Teams consist of between 7 and 16 runners who alternate across successive stages along a route that visits towns and landmarks across the country.
The event is described as a multi-day team relay with an accompanying programme along the route and varied scenery. Locations mentioned on the route include Bratislava and Košice and many intermediate places such as Trenčín, Dolný Kubín, Liptovský Mikuláš, Štrbské Pleso and other towns and villages. The organiser also provides an official mobile application with stage details, live runner tracking, results and navigation.
