Event Details

The Run Home is an event on Saturday, May 2, 2026. It takes place at the Iron Springs Pavilion in Garfield Park Reservation in Garfield Heights, Ohio.

Distances

Participants can choose from:

A 5K run/walk, which uses MyLaps BibTag chip timing.
A 1-mile walk or fun run, which is untimed.

Registration and Fees

Registration opens on February 4, 2026. Pre-registration fees through May 1 are $30 for the 5K and $25 for the 1-mile event. Race-day registration is $35 for the 5K and $30 for the 1-mile. Race-day registration and packet pickup begin at 8:00 AM at the Iron Springs Pavilion.

Additional Information

The event supports Haven Home, an organization that works with under-resourced pregnant and parenting women in the Slavic Village community. Post-race refreshments, games for children, and raffle baskets are available. Registered participants receive an official race t-shirt.
