Overview
The Run Home is a family-friendly event taking place on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at the Iron Springs Pavillion in Garfield Park Reservation, Garfield Heights, Ohio. It is the 6th annual edition of the event.
The event supports the work of Haven Home in the Slavic Village community, which helps under-resourced pregnant and parenting women.
Distances
Participants can choose from two options:
- 5K Run/Walk: Chip-timed using MyLaps BibTag technology.
- 1 Mile Walk: An untimed fun walk or run.
Event Details
Race-day registration and packet pickup begins at the Iron Springs Pavillion. Post-race refreshments and an awards ceremony will be held. There will also be raffle baskets and games for children.
Registration Fees
Fees are as follows:
- 5K: $30 for pre-registration through May 1; $35 on race day.
- 1 Mile: $25 for pre-registration through May 1; $30 on race day.
