Rolley Coaster Loop Event
The Rolley Coaster is a looped trail event held at Rolley Lake Provincial Park in Mission, BC. The main course is an 8 km loop that includes rolling trails, mixed forest, foot bridges, streams and waterfalls including Rolley Falls. The route has technical ascents and descents and is not suitable for wheels or strollers.
The event format offers an open 8 hour window during which participants may complete as many 8 km laps as they wish; walking, hiking or running are all permitted. There is a relay option limited to two people per team; relay partners must register separately. A single aid station at the start/finish is stocked with water, snacks and medical support. All participants receive a finishers medal and are eligible for draw prizes; an award is given to the person who completes the most laps.
Registration is limited to 150 participants. From each registration a five dollar donation is directed to the Mission Search and Rescue Team. A virtual option allows participants to run their chosen distance or time remotely and receive the event package and finisher gift by mail.
