Event overview
The RailRun 5k is a community race organized by the Crim Fitness Foundation in Fenton, Michigan. It is set for Sunday, June 7, 2026, at the RailYard Fenton, 234 North Leroy Street, Fenton, MI. The course runs through neighborhoods and the downtown business district and returns to the RailYard outdoor patio area.

- 5k Run
- 5k Walk (non-competitive division available)
- 1/4 mile Tiny Train Conductors race
- 1/2 mile Tiny Train Conductors race
Age group awards are provided for men and women in both the run and the competitive walk. Awards use general and masters categories in five-year increments. The competitive walk division is scored; entrants must walk the entire course.
Amenities, packet pick-up and fees
All participants receive a technical fabric race shirt, bib with timing tag, and a custom RailYard medal. Post-race amenities include water, Long Drink samples, yard games, music, and food and beverages for purchase from RailYard food vehicles. Early packet pick-up is offered on Friday, June 5, and additional packet pick-up is available on race day, Sunday, June 7. Registered entry fees for the 5k run and walk range from $30 to $45 depending on the registration period; the Tiny Train Conductor races have a listed fee of $15.
