The "Oui" Run 5K
The "Oui" Run 5K is a community 5K run/walk organized at Lycée Français de Chicago, located at 1929 W Wilson Avenue in Chicago, IL. The event includes a certified, chip-timed 5K course that follows a Ravenswood neighborhood route and a separate kids race for ages 3 to 7. An afterparty is held following the races.
Packet pick up and on-site registration are available on pre-race days at the school and on race day at the event location. Registration fees listed for the 5K include a lower and a later price tier; a separate fee applies for the kids race.
Awards are presented for top overall male and top overall female, plus first through third place in multiple age-group categories. The published age groups include 10 and under, 11–14, 15–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, and 60 and over.
Dogs are not permitted due to insurance restrictions. Jogging strollers are allowed but are asked to remain toward the back of the field. Volunteer opportunities are available to support event operations. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
