Event details
The event takes place on June 28, 2026 at Gatcombe Park, Stroud (Gatcombe Park Residence, Woefuldane Btm, Stroud, GL6 9BG). Multiple multisport formats are offered on marked and marshalled courses around the park. Race maps and full route details are listed as to be announced. Pre-race information is sent to registered participants two weeks before the event.

Logistics and facilities
Entry benefits include a finisher medal, refreshments and chip timing. Race pack collection is available on the event day from the Registration Tent located between the river and transition. To enter transition participants must show their event number and a bike sticker fixed to the seat post. Courses are signed and marshalled; some distances require multiple laps.
Medical cover is provided. There is no bag drop and no dedicated changing rooms or showers. Free portable toilets are available in the event village only. Water is available at the start and finish and at a run water station; a self-service bike water station allows bottle refills only. A food caterer will be onsite. Event photography is expected to be available, usually within 24 hours.
Cross Duathlon entrants who are not annual British Triathlon members and live in the UK must purchase a British Triathlon Race Pass. Spectators are permitted in the start and finish area. Personal dogs are not allowed except approved medical assistance dogs. Buggies, pushchairs and wheelchairs are not suitable for this terrain.
