Water is available on the route at the lap point. There is a bag drop facility, toilets around the start/finish area, and chip timing. Finishers receive a medal. Event photography is usually available after the event. There are no dedicated changing rooms or showers.

The event is suitable for participants using buggies, pushchairs, strollers, or wheelchairs, though they are asked to contact the organizer before entering. Spectators are permitted. Participants must not be accompanied by personally owned dogs, though registered medical assistance dogs may be allowed with prior approval. The use of noise-cancelling headphones is prohibited.
