The One in the Park - Regent's
The event offers organised 5k and 10k races in Regent's Park, London, on December 13, 2026. The course is wholly within the park and passes features such as ZSL London Zoo and the boating lake.
The route is on tarmac pathways, with the 5k run as one lap and the 10k run as two laps. The course is marshalled and signed with arrows and kilometre markers. A water station is available on each lap and water is provided in cups.
The event village is located just inside Chester Gate on Chester Road, at Cumberland Green adjacent to The Broad Walk Cafe. Facilities include medical cover, a bag drop with a tear-off strip on the race number, and park toilets on The Broad Walk that accept contactless payment for a small charge. There are no dedicated changing rooms or showers. Event photography is expected to be available, usually within 24 hours.
Entries include chip timing, a finisher medal and refreshments. Entry fees are listed at £26. Minimum ages apply: 11 for the 5k and 15 for the 10k. Pre-race information is emailed to participants about one week before the event. Race deferrals are permitted until registration closes, subject to an administration fee. Assistance dogs may be permitted with prior approval; personally owned dogs are not allowed. The event is suitable for buggies, pushchairs and wheelchair users subject to prior contact to confirm requirements. Noise-cancelling earphones are prohibited.
