Course and race format
The course is a 2.5 km loop. The 10k route comprises four laps and the 5k route comprises two laps. Detailed route maps, including water stations and facilities, are provided by the organiser.
Included services and facilities
Entries include a finisher medal, refreshments and chip timing. Medical cover is provided. Water is available on the route at the lap point. Toilets will be available near the start/finish area. There are no dedicated changing rooms or showers. A bag drop is provided; items should be attached to the tear-off strip on the race number.
Event photography is expected to be available, usually within 24 hours.
Access and rules
Spectators are permitted in the start/finish area and around the route. Privately owned dogs are not permitted; registered medical assistance dogs may be allowed with prior approval. The event is suitable for buggies, pushchairs and wheelchair users, with prior contact recommended for specialised equipment. Noise-cancelling earphones are prohibited; other earphones should be used at a low volume.
