HYROX London ExCel
HYROX returns to the ExCel London from December 2, 2026, to December 6, 2026, for a multi-day fitness racing event. The competition takes place at the Royal Victoria Dock and features a series of workout stations and running segments. Participants compete in various divisions, including singles, doubles, and relay teams.
The event includes a specific category called HYROX Youngstars, which is a race designed for athletes between the ages of 8 and 15 years old.
Participants receive a race package that includes:
- An athlete wristband and venue access wristband
- A timing chip with an ankle strap
- A bib number
- A finishers patch upon completion
- Individual finisher times with split timings for each workout
The venue features a central area known as the Thunderdome, where spectators can observe the competition. Aid stations are positioned pre-event, during the race, and post-event to support athletes. Professional photography is available through facial recognition technology, and results are posted on a live leaderboard during the competition.
