HYROX London ExCeL
HYROX London ExCeL is scheduled from 2 to 6 December 2026 at ExCeL, 1 Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Dock, London E16 1XL. The event runs across multiple competition divisions, including men, women, doubles, relays, adaptive categories, Pro and Elite Series races, plus HYROX Youngstars for athletes aged 8 to 15.
Event services and participant delivery include a finishers patch, live posting of result times on a leaderboard, individual finisher times with split timings for each workout, age group award ceremonies in each division, and qualification slots for certain age groups for the World Championships. The venue provides aid stations before, during and after the course, a Thunderdome viewing area for spectators, a HYROX Entertainment Zone with partners, and opportunities to purchase professional race photography.
Ticketing and purchase options include spectator and athlete tickets, with spectator access also covering Youngstars sessions. Flex purchase options are offered: a Flex Lite option permits name changes up to one day before race day for most athlete ticket types, and a Flex Add-On option offers name changes up to one day before race day plus partial or full refunds within specified cut-off windows. Transfers to other events or division changes are not available after booking.
The event publishes athlete information and operational details in the lead up to the race. Volunteer roles support judging at stations, water and bag drop services, registration and wider event operations. Charity entry options are available via Race for Impact with set fundraising commitments, and the event lists Macmillan Cancer Support among charity partners.
