HYROX London
HYROX London takes place from 2 December 2026 to 6 December 2026 at ExCel, 1 Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Dock, London E16 1XL. The event includes a HYROX Youngstars race for athletes aged 8 to 15.
The race package includes a HYROX finishers patch, live result posting on the leaderboard, individual finisher times with split timings for each workout, and age group award ceremonies in each division. Certain age groups can earn qualification slots for the World Championships. Aid stations are provided before, during and after the course. The venue offers a Thunderdome viewing area, an entertainment zone with partners, and opportunities to purchase professional photos.
Athlete registration details are provisional and subject to change. On-site registration for each division opens 90 minutes before that division's first start wave. Athletes must present a physical copy of ID; digital copies are not accepted. Checking in for another athlete is not permitted. At athlete registration participants receive an athlete wristband, a venue access wristband, an ankle strap with timing chip, and a bib number; all items are required to compete.
Ticket options include Flex Lite and Flex Add-On. Flex Lite permits name changes up to 1 day before an athlete's race day and has no refunds for charity tickets; it is not available for spectator tickets. Flex Add-On permits name changes up to 1 day before race day, offers a 100 percent refund up to 31 days before race day and a 50 percent refund up to 7 days before race day, and is not available for spectator tickets. Name changes and refunds must be processed via the athlete's HYROX Account by 7:59 AM event timezone on the relevant cut-off day. Transfers to other events or division changes are not offered and the Flex Add-On cannot be added after purchase.
Official race photography is handled by Sportograf using facial recognition; images are typically available about 48 hours after the event. Volunteers are recruited for roles such as judges at stations 1 to 8, support at water stations and bag drop, registration and spectator services, merchandise and information, and wider event operations.
