The May 5
The May 5 is a local five mile race held around Canford Heath with both start and finish at Ashdown Athletics Track. The event takes place on Sunday 17th May and entries close at 23:59 on Thursday 14th May.
Entry fees are £19.00 for UKA affiliated runners and £21.00 for other runners. Entrants must be 15 or over on race day. No dogs, buggies or headphones are permitted during the race. Car sharing is available for participants.
The event can serve as a solo challenge or as competition between club members and different clubs. Entries are managed through the event entry system and transfers between participants are permitted via that system; participants remain responsible for any transaction between them.
