Event overview
The Lusty Run takes place on 14 January 2026 at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). The event is part of the organiser's 7 Deadly Sins series. Participants choose a target distance and must complete it within a 7-hour time limit. The course is offroad, inside the grounds of Pengethley Manor, and includes a hill on each lap plus a series of up-and-down sections that pass through two vineyards. The route uses 2.5 km laps; the 5k option is two laps.

Entry options include on-site race entries and virtual entries. Virtual runs can be completed on any day in January and must be at least 5k. Virtual entrants receive a personalised virtual bib by email; paid virtual entries and race entries may receive a medal. Entry fees are non-refundable. Published fees include Race Entry £29.00, Virtual UK Entry £25.00, and Virtual Overseas Entry £39.00. A charity entry option is available for £10.00 with a fundraising requirement as stated by the organiser.
