The London James Bond Run is an annual themed social run organised by London Themed Run and based at the Morpeth Arms, 58 Millbank, London SW1P 4RW. The route covers around 007 km and visits several book and film locations in London that have significance to James Bond. There are planned stops for photographs and brief pauses at each location, with some sites more visible than others.

Sample locations mentioned include MI6 HQ, 16 Victoria Square, 22B Ebury Street, Boodles Club, The Reform Club, the National Gallery, Somerset House, the National Liberal Club, the Ministry of Defence building, the Department of Energy & Climate Change in Whitehall, Embankment, Westminster, Roupell Street in Waterloo, and the River Thames.

The event is described as in person and typically lasts about 2 hours. After the run, participants proceed to a James Bond themed bar for a social drink. The organiser notes that it is not uncommon for someone connected to film production to join the run or the pub gathering.
