The Lap - Windermere Ultra Clockwise

THE LAP - Windermere Ultra Clockwise is a 47-mile (75 km) trail ultra circumnavigating Lake Windermere in the Lake District, Cumbria. Clockwise, open to runners and walkers, with fully way-marked routes and generous cut-offs, and a 24-hour limit to complete the loop. The mostly runnable route uses tracks, trails and single-track, with some steeper fell paths and a few quiet country roads.

Key features include 2,500 route-marking arrows, a GPS tracker, provided map and GPX, five fully stocked feed stations, a halfway aid station with bag drop, plus a finishers meal and a locally sourced medal.
