The Landmark 5k takes place on Saturday, April 11, 2026, in Lincolnton, North Carolina. The event location is 129 E Pine St, Lincolnton, NC 28092. The race is a timed 5k. Entry fee is $30, with student pricing of $25 for participants 17 and under. Registration closes on April 8, 2026. Guaranteed race t-shirt for registrations completed by March 28. Packet pickup is scheduled for Saturday morning.
Course, awards and beneficiaries
Participants gather in the parking lot of Pendleton Law Firm, then run along the local rail trail out and back, finishing at First Federal Park. Awards include 1st place overall male and female and 1st place in each age group. Age groups (male and female) are: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+. All finishers receive a medal. Proceeds benefit Lincoln Landmarks, Inc., and will support rehabilitation of Pleasant Retreat Academy, an 1817 brick building in Lincolnton.
