The Land We Love Run
The Land We Love Run is a community race held in Barrington, Cuba Township, Illinois on June 28, 2026. The event offers multiple distances and certified course routes for the timed runs. The race benefits two local causes: Folds of Honor and the Cuba Township Food Pantry.

Packet pickup is available at the Cuba Township Offices on June 25 and June 26, with additional race day packet pickup at the event location. The 5K and 10K routes are certified and the race awards age group medals in the following brackets: 10 and under; 11–14; 15–19; 20–29; 30–39; 40–49; 50–59; 60 and over.
Teams may register under a single race distance and must include at least three members. Companies and groups may register multiple teams. Fundraising is supported through individual and team pages, and the top individual fundraiser and top fundraising team receive recognition at the event.
Sponsorship levels are defined with listed benefits and include named tiers with set contribution amounts. The Cuba Township Food Pantry accepts donations and maintains a wish list that includes grocery gift cards, canned and shelf-stable proteins, peanut butter and jelly, oatmeal, snacks, paper products, and cleaning supplies.
