Races and distances
Junior aquathon age groups:
- 300 m sea swim and 2 km run
- 500 m sea swim and 2.85 km run
Adult:
- 750 m sea swim, 19 km bike, 5 km run
Relay teams:
- Teams of three; one swimmer, one cyclist, one runner. Each team member completes a separate entry.
Entry, fees and rules
Minimum age of entry is 11 years on event day. Junior entry fee is £20.00; individual adult entry is £40.00; adult team entries are £25.00 per team member. A service fee of 4% (minimum 50p) applies to each sign-up. Participants who are not British Triathlon Home Nation members must purchase a British Triathlon Race Pass: £2.00 (plus service charge) for ages 24 and under, and £8.00 (plus service charge) otherwise. Cyclists must wear a cycle helmet to race.
Facilities and prizes
There is parking near the Aqualibrium. Showers and toilet facilities are provided. All competitors receive individual race mementos and prizes are awarded for category winners, with some spot prizes. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
