Event overview
THE JAILBREAK Adventure Race is scheduled for Saturday, February 21, 2026, in Georgetown, TX (Park Rd. 8, 78633). The event is an outlaw-style adventure race held around Lake Georgetown. The course includes paddling, trekking, and biking across Texas grasslands, thick brush, flatwater lake crossings, single-track and rugged jeep roads, thorn-choked forests, and open prairie. Navigation is by map and compass; GPS is not part of the course plan.

- 6-hour Sheriff's Sprint : price $90
- 12-hour Outlaw Extreme : price $160
Teams of 2–4 may enter in Male, Female, or Mixed Outlaw categories. Solo riders must obtain the sheriff's approval and show evidence of past adventure experience. A Senior Outlaw Gang prize is available for teams whose members are all age 50 or older. Checkpoints vary by event: the Sprint includes optional checkpoints to earn extra points, while the Outlaw Extreme has checkpoints that require more effort to reach. Lanterns or lights are expected for navigation as daylight ends in the 12-hour event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
