The Huckleberry Hundred

About the race
The Huckleberry Hundred is a multi-distance mountain ultramarathon held at Mt. Spokane State Park in Spokane, WA on July 24–25, 2027. The race uses a scenic 25-mile mountain loop as its base unit, and each distance runs the same loop multiple times over varied terrain.
Distances include:
- 100 Mile: 4 loops of the 25-mile base course, 19,000 ft gain
- 50 Mile: 2 loops of the 25-mile base course, 9,500 ft gain
- 25 Mile: 1 loop of the 25-mile base course, 4,750 ft gain
The course features technical singletrack, sweeping descents through shaded inland rainforest, and panoramic views of the Selkirk Mountains. Aid stations are placed three times per loop with an additional Race HQ at the end of each lap. Aid stations are stocked with water, Coke, Hummingbird Fuel, and sweet and salty snacks, and fresh huckleberries are offered at aid stations when they are in season.
The event is part of the Freedom Ultra Festival. Finishers receive on-course support and a finish line celebration with local refreshments; 100-mile finishers receive a custom gunmetal belt buckle. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
