The Housedean Half event features two race distances:
- The Housedean Half Marathon (21.1 km)
- The Housedean 10K (10 km)
It takes place on Saturday, June 28, 2026, starting at Housedean Farm near Lewes, East Sussex. This is a new trail running event located in the South Downs National Park.
Course and Terrain
The event starts at the working Housedean Farm. The route begins with a gentle ascent onto the South Downs, offering views of Lewes and Plumpton. The course features a mix of gravel paths, well-kept trails, and farm footpaths. It is officially classified as a trail event. A GPX file of the course route is available for download. The terrain is described as trail and very light trail.
Event Features
Organizers provide several amenities for participants and spectators:
