The Housedean Half & 10K
The event takes place on 28 June 2026 at Housedean Farm in the South Downs, East Sussex. It is organised by UK Training Club and is part of The South Coast Series. Two race distances are offered:
- The Housedean Half
- The Housedean 10K
Entry prices listed range from £23.00 to £30.00. Age limits on the entry information show the half marathon open to entrants aged 17 and over and the 10K open to entrants aged 15 and over on the event date.
Course and facilities
The course is officially classed as a trail event and includes a mix of gravel paths and well-kept trails through farmland. The route begins at Housedean Farm and includes a gentle ascent onto the South Downs with views across Lewes, Plumpton, and surrounding countryside. The organiser notes terrain types as trail, very light trail, farm, and footpaths. A GPX of the course will be available to download.
On-site facilities and services listed include accurate course signage, chipped timing, toilets, water stations, fully stocked aid stations with gels and fruit, marshals, race day photography, trophies for the first three finishers, bespoke medals, a free baggage drop, finishers refreshments from the barn, and on-site glamping and camping.
