Hoag OC Marathon Running Festival
The Hoag OC Marathon is a multi day running festival held each May in Orange County, California. The event includes a variety of race distances and community activities that take place across Newport Beach, Costa Mesa and Santa Ana. The course passes oceanfront streets in Newport Beach, moves along the bayside of Costa Mesa, and continues through residential neighborhoods of Santa Ana.

- 5K
- Kids Run Final Mile
The weekend features a Celebrate OC Festival and a finish line party. A two day Lifestyle and Fitness Expo at the OC Fair & Event Center is part of race weekend; the expo is free to the public and showcases running, health and nutrition products. Organizers describe the festival as walker friendly and include programming for different ages and abilities. A kids program runs for 10 to 12 weeks and promotes active, healthy habits for children.
The event has been held since 2004 and regularly draws thousands of participants.
