Event overview
The Hill Topper 5K is scheduled for Sunday, March 22, 2026, in the Church Hill neighborhood of Richmond, Virginia. The race starts and finishes at 25th & E Broad Street and finishes in the area of the Church Hill Irish Festival. Course
The course runs through Church Hill and several local parks. The route follows Broad Street and local residential streets, passes Jefferson Park, goes into Chimborazo Park (including paved and dirt sections), uses a set of stairs, and continues through Libby Hill Park before returning to Broad Street and the finish at 25th. Mile 1 is noted near 31st Street; Mile 2 runs along the bottom of Chimborazo Park.
Logistics
Packet pickup is scheduled on three dates and locations: Thursday, March 19 at Lucky Road Run Shop (1601 Willow Lawn Drive); Friday, March 20 at the Rotary Club of Church Hill tent in the east corner of Patrick Henry Park (308 N 24th St.); and Saturday, March 21 at the Church Hill Irish Festival at the Rotary Club tent.
