The Hangers Heroes' Fleet & Feet Trail
The event on Saturday 26th September 2026 offers multiple running and walking options in Dorset countryside. Distances and categories include:
- 10k
- Half marathon
- Marathon
- Marathon relay teams of up to 4
- Canicross category
Routes are undulating and almost exclusively off road. The course starts and finishes at Bagwell Farm Touring Park and follows The Fleet Lagoon, using a network of national trails and bridlepaths. The route is signposted and marshaled, but some degree of self navigation may be required. The OS Map 15 (Purbeck and South Dorset) is recommended.
The Fleet & Feet Trail is the organiser's main fundraiser of the year. All proceeds are directed to small local charities and not for profit organisations. For the full marathon there is a time limit of 10 hours; participants must reach the checkpoint at Hardy's Monument by 12.45pm to allow time to complete the second half.
