Race medals are awarded to finishers on the day; virtual medals are posted after submitted run verification. Entry fees are non-refundable. A deferral option to the next edition is available for £15 up to four weeks before the event. The organiser offers free parking, hot drinks, food (sandwiches and soup) and toilet facilities on site.
