Registration closes Friday, Jan 2, 2026 at 7:00 PM CT. Packet pickup is available Friday, Jan 2, 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the race site finish line in the Boat Landing area of Bonita Lakes Park. Race day packet pickup begins at 5:00 AM.
Course and logistics
The course uses a mix of single-track and jeep trail. It includes roots, rocks and hills and runs through tree-lined sections around Bonita Lakes. The final single-track section on each loop is the Mardi Gras Trail, which features Mardi Gras beads and a downhill. Each loop passes RFID antennas to capture split times. The parking area sits on the course, allowing participants to set up a pit stop close to the route. The course is marked with red plastic plates bearing the Scorpion logo, red and black flagging tape, neon green directional arrows and markings sprayed on the ground.
