The Great 5K Pumpkin Run - Lonoke
The event is held at the Train Depot in Lonoke and features an in-person and virtual option. The in-person 5K is professionally chip timed and uses a USATF certified course that winds through Lonoke neighborhoods and returns to the finish area. The chip is attached to the bib and participants are asked to wear the bib front facing in the torso area.

Registration and fees vary by date. The early in-person 5K fee is $30, with higher fees later and a $40 race-day fee. The Virtual Run fee is $30. The 1-Mile Family Trot is $10 per child; parents are free. Registration includes a chipped bib and an event shirt. 1M Family Trot participants receive a youth shirt, a participation medal and a pumpkin at the finish.
Packet pickup is available early at Rock City Running in Little Rock on September 24 and at the Train Depot in Lonoke on the Friday before the event (afternoon-evening). Race day packet pickup occurs at the packet table by the start line; participants may pick up for others with a copy or picture of their photo ID. No new registrations are available at pre-race packet pickup sites. Parking is available nearby, including at Lonoke First State Bank and Lonoke High School.
