Spring Fling 5k - Cabot
The Spring Fling 5k takes place in Cabot, Arkansas on March 21, 2026. The event is hosted by the Cabot Country Cruisers and has been held in Cabot since 1996. Proceeds support physical education for Cabot schools, Cabot Family Track Nights, and a scholarship for a high school student.

The 5k course begins on Bellamy Street outside the Cabot High School Field House, follows Main Street into residential areas, continues along Honeysuckle Lane and Linda Lane, includes a short loop on G Street, returns to Linda Lane, then proceeds back to Bellamy. The route enters the Field House parking lot, descends a ramp into the stadium, and finishes with a left turn onto the track. The course is USATF certified (AR22001WJT) and ends on the Cabot High School track.
Packet pickup and race-day logistics are centered in the Cabot High School Fine Arts Auditorium. Pre-race packet pickup is scheduled for Friday evening, March 20, 2026, and additional pickup is available on race morning within the stated window. Race day registration may be available up to the cap for 5k runners. For safety, strollers and dogs are not allowed on the course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
