Event overview
The Spring Fling 5k takes place in Cabot, Arkansas on Saturday, March 21, 2026. The event is hosted by the Cabot Country Cruisers and marks the race's 30th anniversary. Proceeds benefit physical education for Cabot schools, Cabot Family Track Nights, and a scholarship for a high school student. Pre-registration on RunSignUp closes on March 19, 2026. Race day registration is allowed only if the 5K cap of 500 runners has not been reached; race day payments are cash or check only. No strollers or dogs are permitted on the course. Pre-race packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, March 20, 2026 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Cabot High School Fine Arts Auditorium. Race-morning packet pickup will be available at the same auditorium between 6:30 and 7:45 AM; participants arriving after 7:45 AM for packet pickup will not be permitted to race. Restrooms are available inside the stadium and in the fine arts auditorium; there are no restrooms at the top of the hill/starting line.

- 1k Kids Run : entry fee $15 (race day $20 if available); open to ages 1-12
The course starts on Bellamy Street outside the Cabot High School Field House, proceeds onto Main Street and through residential streets (including Honeysuckle Lane and Linda Lane), includes a small loop on G Street, then returns to Bellamy and finishes inside the Cabot High School track and stadium.
