Great Chalfield 10K
The Great Chalfield 10K is a road race held on 16 July 2026 that starts and finishes at Broughton Gifford Village Hall in Wiltshire. The course leads out past Holt Manor and Great Chalfield House and is measured to UKA standards. The distance for the event is 10 km.
Prizes are awarded to the first three male and female finishers and to age category winners in V40, V50, V60 and V70. There is also a prize for the first local finisher from Broughton Gifford. All finishers receive a medal.
Facilities at the venue include toilets, a single water station on course, first aid cover and public liability insurance. Parking is provided on The Common near the village hall. The event supports the Broughton Gifford and Holt Scout Group.
Entry is restricted to runners aged 16 and over on the day. Roads are not closed for the race and the course is not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs. Dogs are not allowed. Bone conduction headphones may be permitted at the discretion of the Race Director. Entries close on 10 July 2026 or earlier if the event limit is reached; there are no entries on the day.
