All races start and finish at the Dundas Valley Trail Centre and use out-and-back routing on the Hamilton-to-Brantford Rail Trail. The course is described as close to flat, wide, groomed, and accessible, with kilometre markers for much of the route. GPX files are available for each distance.

Aid stations or water drops are positioned approximately every 5-8 km and provide water, electrolyte drink, sweet and salty snacks, and basic ultra-running foods. The event is cup-less; participants should bring a collapsible cup or bottle. Drop bags are allowed at the start/finish area of each loop. Pacers are generally not permitted except by request for safety or medical reasons for some runners. All vehicles must park in the conservation area lot.
