The Fox Trail offers three distances, from 20 km to 62 km, through the Surrey countryside. All races start at different points but finish together in Godalming. The event has rolling aid stations and a generous 11-hour cutoff.

The Fox Trail

The Fox Trail is a trail running event in the Surrey countryside. The event takes place on Saturday, May 23, 2026.

The event offers three distances:

20 km
41 km
62 km

Each distance starts from a different location. The 62 km starts at Burys Field in Godalming. The 41 km starts at West Clandon Village Hall. The 20 km starts at Merrist Wood College in Worplesdon. All three races finish at Burys Field in Godalming.

The overall cutoff time is 11 hours, with rolling cutoffs at each aid station. Minimum age requirements apply: 17 for the 20 km, 18 for the 41 km, and 20 for the 62 km. The event also provides ITRA index points. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
