Event overview
The Farm Loop - Wolds Edition is a six-hour looped trail event held on Sunday 4 January 2026 in South Elkington Village (postal code LN11 0RX). Participants may complete as many laps of the loop as they wish during the six-hour period. The event is organised by Outlast Events (trading as Brotherhood-UK LTD).
Course and facilities
The route is an approximate 5.45 km loop with 71 metres of elevation. The trail surface includes mud, roots and large puddles and is described as mostly flat with occasional small rises. There is a single aid station at the start/finish area (referred to as The Shop) stocked with real food items such as jelly babies, fudge, cake and cheese straws. No disposable cups or bottles will be provided, so participants need their own drinking vessel. Limited parking is available in two locations about 200 m and 400 m from the event location. A bag drop shelter or tent may be provided, but organisers cannot guarantee security of personal belongings.
Entries, rules and other details
Entries open 16 October 2025 and close 3 January 2026. Entry fee is £25, increasing to £35 from 1 January 2026. Minimum age is 18 or older. Dogs are not permitted. A custom medal and goody bag are awarded to anyone who completes at least one lap. There is a cutoff for starting a final lap; participants should check event communications for the exact time.
