Cleethorpes New Years Day 10K 2027
The Cleethorpes AC New Years Day 10K 2027 is a UKA measured road race held on the streets of Cleethorpes and Humberston. The course is described as fast and flat and consists of two small loops and one large loop, which makes it easy for spectators to view multiple parts of the route. The event is kindly sponsored by Timber Specialists.
Chip timing is used for results and the race is well marshalled. There is a time limit of 85 minutes. The minimum age for entry is 15. Entries are limited to 750 participants. Race instructions will be emailed after entry closes and race numbers and timing chips are collected from Cleethorpes Leisure Centre on the morning of the event; race numbers must be secured by four pins to the front of the running vest.
Prizes and bonuses are listed for performance: a £200 cash bonus for breaking the course record (Male 29.24, Female 32.43) and £100 for the first male and first female finisher. There is a £2 discount for England Athletics affiliated runners. The race holds Licence #31236. The editing and entry transfer facility for participants closes on 1 December 2026.
