The Envious Run : event overview
The Envious Run is part of the 7 Deadly Sins race series and takes place on Sunday 18 January 2026 at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). The course is offroad and runs entirely within the manor grounds. Each lap is 2.5 km; the course includes a hill on each lap and a series of up and downs through two vineyards. Entrants have a time limit of seven hours to complete their chosen distance. The event is open to walkers and runners. Entrants must be aged 18 and over.

Entry, virtual option and practical information
Standard race entry is listed at £29.00. Virtual entry options are available: Virtual UK £25.00 and Virtual Overseas £39.00. All entry fees and deposits are non refundable. A deferral to the next year is possible for £15 up to four weeks before the event. A charity option offers places for £10.00 plus booking charges, conditional on raising a minimum amount for The PAM Foundation.
Virtual runs may be completed any day in January with a minimum distance of 5k. Virtual entrants receive a personalised virtual bib and must submit proof of their run (photo of a device, Strava, or Facebook upload) for medal dispatch.
