Devils Aquathlon & Swim Challenge - Cheltenham Lido 2026
The event at Cheltenham Lido offers two linked programs: the Devils Aquathlon and the Cheltenham Lido Swim Challenge. Both are organised by Cheltenham Lido Ltd and raise funds for the Cheltenham Lido charity (registered charity number 1052203). The event is for participants aged 18 and above.
The Devils Aquathlon has two distance categories:
- Standard: 1 km swim (20 lengths) then 10 km run.
- Long: 2 km swim (40 lengths) then 10 km run.
The Swim Challenge offers three pool distances:
- 1 km (20 lengths).
- 2 km (40 lengths).
- 5 km (100 lengths).
The Devils Aquathlon is an affiliated British Triathlon event. Participants must hold a British Triathlon race licence either via an annual Core or Ultimate membership or by purchasing a single-use Race Pass. A race pass costs £2 for participants under 24 and £8 for those aged 24 and above. Entry closes Monday 28th of September 2026.
